The Special Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) Judge Yatin D Shinde pronounced 12 accused as guilty in the serial bomb blasts case and acquitted one accused Abdul Wahid Shaikh (34). The serial blasts were made by planting RDX explosives in the first class compartments of Mumbai suburban trains.
