Modi Gifts Gita to Obama

Seems Indian prime minister Narendra Modi is on mission to spread Indian culture and Tradition across the globe.Modi was in US trip and got busy with series o meetings.US President Barack Obama hosted a state dinner for Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House.

Prime Minister surprised Obama with his precious gift. Narendra Modi gifted a Bhagvad Gita and a rare photograph of Martin Luther King at the Rajghat to the US President Barack Obama over dinner at White House. He also handed over a copy of Martin Luther King's speech in 1959 when he visited India

This is not the first time for Modi to offer Geetha as gifts.Recently on his five-day visit to Japan with an aim of raising the ties to a new level, he gifted books on Swami Vivekananda and a copy of Bhagavad Gita to Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe.Even to Chinese Premier he presented him with Bhagavad Gita gift.

Now he repeated the  same to US president Barak Obama and that shows how much he loves Indian traditions and culture.Surprisingly days before Influential lawmaker Tulsi Gabbard, the only Hindu member of the US Congress, met Narendra Modi in New York and presented her personal copy of Bhagavad Gita to him, saying it was a gesture to express her love for India.
